Orders & Shipping
What is your shipping policy?
We offer free Two-day shipping on all orders.
Although we offer Two-day shipping, shipping time does not include processing and packaging time. Our processing and packaging time is 2-3 business days.
• When you place your order, you will receive an email to confirm your purchase!
• Once your order has been packaged and shipped, we will send you another email to let you know your package has shipped and is on its way to you soon! This email will also include your tracking information.
• When the order has arrived to you, you will receive a final email to let you know your order has been delivered!

Do you offer free shipping?
We are delighted to offer Free Shipping on ALL orders with NO MINIMUM total required that is both fast and secure for a pleasant shopping experience.
Do you offer discreet shipping packaging?
We ship all our products in a discreet brown postal box with colored tape, unbranded.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we do not ship products internationally, but we hope to be able to provide this in the future!
What shipping carrier do you use?
We use UPS to ship all of our products.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can follow that link to track your package. If you cannot find your confirmation email, please reach out to customerservice@beatriceintimatecare.com and we will send your tracking information.
How do I cancel my order?
No problem! Send us an email with “Cancel Order” as well as your order number in the subject line to customerservice@beatriceintimatecare.com
Please note, once products have been shipped, we can no longer cancel your order or provide a refund.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
If your product arrives broken and/or damaged, Beatrice Intimate Care will be more than happy to provide you an easy and headache-free refund for peace of mind.
Email us at customerservice@beatriceintimatecare.com with your order number and a photo of the damage.
Product Questions
Will your products cause irritation?
Some of our products, like the "Heal & Soothe" Pre-Soaked Ingrown Treatment Pads, may cause minor irritation as this product contains alcohol. However, everyone responds to products differently. If you experience continued and/or severe irritation please discontinue use and consult your doctor regarding your specific situation.
Are your products tested on animals?
Beatrice Intimate Care is proud to say we do not test on animals.
Are your products safe to use while pregnant and breastfeeding?
Our products have not been tested for use during pregnancy and/or breastfeeding. As with any new intimate care routine, we recommend you consult with your doctor before use.
Returns, Exchanges, Refunds
What is your Return & Refund policy?
To protect customers and product integrity, Beatrice Intimate Care does not accept returns or exchanges.
As we are a small business, we do not provide refunds and all sales are final unless the product arrives to you broken and/or damaged.
