SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

We offer 2-day shipping but offer Standard Ground shipping in some cases.

*Please Note

Although we offer Two-day shipping, shipping time does not include processing and packaging time. Our processing and packaging time is 2-3 business days.

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING PROCESS?

• When you place your order, you will receive an email to confirm your purchase!

• Once your order has been packaged and shipped, we will send you another email to let you know your package has shipped and is on its way to you soon! This email will also include your tracking information.

• When the order has arrived to you, you will receive a final email to let you know your order has been delivered! If you have any issues or questions about your order status, shipping, tracking, or delivery, please contact us at customerservice@beatriceintimatecare.com

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes

• Shipping and Billing addresses must match. If they do not, your order will be cancelled and your purchase will be refunded

• Order will ship on business days and during business hours, which are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

• Shipping available to the 50 United States. Currently, we do not ship to the U.S. territories

• Our shipping time is two-day shipping. However, two-day shipping may not be available for all U.S. locations. If two-day shipping is not available for your location, we will default to ground shipping of 2-5 business days

• All orders are processed within 2-3 business days

• Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays

• If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing/packaging and shipping times may be delayed by a few days

• If the shipping carrier is experiencing a high volume or orders (such as around the holidays), your order may be delayed. Please allow and plan for extra time in transit for delivery

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
